Lifesmart Hot Tubs Key Features
Below we’ll describe what makes Lifesmart Hot Tub such an attractive choice.
Waterfall
The hot tub waterfall enhances your spa session by instilling tranquility and comfort in your session.
You can control the volume of water through the waterfall control valve, which ranges from zero flow, to a continuous stream. The waterfall flow and air control valves may appear identical, but they are distinct parts.
Top-loading filter with skimmer basket
Top-loading filter with skimmer basket means that replacing the filter from the top provides maximum service flexibility.
Built-in seats
Every bucket seat has a unique jet positioning, and you may select your preferred one according to your needs. The chairs are roughly six inches up from the tub’s base.
Ozonator
This gadget helps to keep your water clean with the minimal use of chemicals.
Topside Balboa controls
Balboa is the world’s largest manufacturer of hot tub screens. These panels use specialized potting procedures and proprietary Piezo electronic switching technology to avoid moisture in challenging areas.
These controls are for all aspects of the tub, including jet settings, water temperature, and mood lighting, and are conveniently accessed on the top.
Energy conservation
The Lifesmart Simplicity spa uses economical energy management technology that lowers energy consumption. Its thick cover and foam insulation system reduces spa running expenses.
The tub complies with California’s stringent energy mandate for hot tubs and spas.
Jets
When the predetermined temperature becomes attained, 12 adjustable high-therapy stainless steel jets activate. There are two rotating jets in all corners of the tub, while the others are stationary but could point to any side. You can shut off the jets or increase them to full strength. Comfort valves allow you to blend water and air to your preferred amount.
The hydrotherapy jets are on the spa’s wall and, since not all of them have a revolving face, you can turn them off or on as you please.
Color-changing lights
The command center has a spa light with replaceable blue and red mood lens covers. By flicking the light switch, you can change the colors.
Heat exchanger
The 1.5 horsepower pump serves as the thermal pump. A frictionless pump that absorbs heat from the circulating pump then heats the water, allowing you to use a 110-volt outlet instead of a 220-volt output. The pump activates if the temperature falls below the preset level.
Cover
An insulated, two-inch thick lid with clip locks retains the heat within the tub.
The power cable
It includes a ground-fault interrupter connector.
Lifesmart spas user reviews

While looking over reviews for the LifeSmart Rock Solid Simplicity hot tub, it was clear to see there were a lot of people raving about it. Here are a few things they had to say.
“This is a great hot tub, energy efficient, only increased by electric bill by about $1.00/day even in the coldest days of winter. Easily fits 4 adults, 3 are a bit more comfortable. Easy to clean: I use silver and chlorine/shock. Easily maintains temperature of 104 to 106 degrees which is perfect. Easy to maintain, easy to use: I love it-a great deal for the price and just plug it in and go!“
“We are so pleased with everything about this product – the delivery, the quality, the price —— everything. We have had spas for thirty years (no kidding) and this is the best one ever. If it performes to this level forever, I would not be surprised – it is a quality addition to our home.“
“I’ve had this for 7 months now and I have no complaints. Great bang for your buck.“
However, like all products not everybody had a positive experience, here’s what they had to say.
“After 18 months the pump rusted out and spa developed a leak which is almost impossible to trace as cavity is full of insulating foam. New pump is $450, but can find equivalent on line for $220.”
“I’ve had this spa for about 2.5 years. Overall, the unit has worked pretty well, although a 230V option would have been nice. Takes about 24 hours to heat. So far, the waterfall regulator has failed and two of the three pump plugs have failed at different times, causing the unit to lose water and surge with entrained air. The plugs were likely overtightened when originally assembled. When I contacted customer support I was told they no longer support that pump. Nice answer.“
On a whole though the vast majority of users thought that the LifeSmart spa was an great hot tub, and good value for money.

Do you still have questions? We might have the answers.
How do Lifesmart hot tubs work?
Because Lifesmart Spas are energy savers, there is no need to lower the temperature when inactive. The foam insulation and integrated thermal locking lid will keep the power cost low and the heat in, allowing you to relish your spa for a long time.
What is the length of time taken to heat a Lifesmart spa?
The spa may take a day or two to reach the ideal temperature when it’s filled. The temperature of your pipe water and the outside temperature determine the time taken.
How does one empty a Lifesmart hot tub?
When filling, you can put the hose in the filter chamber so that the water becomes filtered before reaching the hot tub. The tub has a bottom drain attached to a water hose to divert the water into a nearby drain out of the hot tub.
